Ted Wojas, AACI, P.App is president of WAGI and has over 30 years of direct real estate appraisal experience including a variety of property types with a specialty in commercial appraisals. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning, a Mortgage Financing Diploma from the University of British Columbia, and was awarded the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1982. Along with these degrees, Ted has taken extensive seminars and courses from both the United States and Canada dealing with a variety of real estate related topics. Ted's extensive knowledge, understanding and wide skills enable him to facilitate all your real estate appraisal requirements.
Michael Wisz, AACI, P.APP Michael joined Wojas Appraisal Group Inc., in 2016 as a Candidate Member and was awarded the AACI, P.APP (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) designation in 2019, from the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Ryerson University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation from University of British Columbia. Michael brings to the team over 20 years of entrepreneurial business expertise. His experience in client service, attention to detail and quality, decisiveness, analytical and conceptual thinking are utilized to support our customer base. Michael continues to enhance his knowledge and skills through professional development webinars, seminars, chapter meetings and national conferences through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Michael is also a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario, and a registered Real Estate Salesperson.
Mary Wojas, Real Estate Broker is vice president of WAGI and manages the administrative operations of the firm. Mary has been involved in a variety of real estate related activities over the past 20 years and specializes in computer based real estate services, property data research, and facilitates efficient business relationships. Mary has been registered under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act since 1983, is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (Commercial Division), and the National Commercial Council of The Canadian Real Estate Association. She has completed numerous real estate related courses as offered from the Ontario Real Estate Association, as well as a variety of courses dealing with Property Management, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Office Administration, Property Valuation/Appraisal, and Property Law as it relates to Real Estate.
Carol deHaas, CRA is manager of our Residential Division and has over 20 years of real estate appraisal experience. Carol was awarded the CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation in 1996 from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and oversees the residential operations of our appraisal office. Carol keeps her skills current by taking numerous intensive real estate appraisal related courses and specializes in the valuation of mortgage, divorce, pre-listing and relocation appraisals. Carol prides herself in her accuracy, and in keeping within a 5 percent variance of appraised value to sale price for appraisals.

Matt Wojas, Web Developer: Matt provides IT support for the firm. Matt completed his Honours Degree in English at the University of Toronto (2007) as well as a post graduate diploma in Web development from Humber College (2008).
Peter Wojas, Research Assistant: Peter joins us with an adventuresome spirit and provides statistical research, land use controls analysis relating to property restrictions and assists in preparation of commercial real estate appraisals. Peter completed his Honours Degree in Geography/Physical Education at the University of Toronto (2009) as well as a post graduate diploma in Teaching from University of Canterbury, NZ (2012).
